Drawn for Equestria Daily's Artist's Training Grounds.
The theme was draw a pony training. At first I was gonna draw Rainbow Dash training which made sense, but also seemed a bit cliche and boring. After thinking it through a little bit better, I decided to draw a filly Twilight Sparkle training her spells as Celestia's student.
I hand drew everything in the picture except for a couple swirlies which are brushes that I got from here: :iconmystify-stock:
